French Brigadier-General and famous geo-strategist Pierre Marie Gallois, 'father of French atom bomb," made the startling claim in a video before his death in 2010 that the balkanization of Yugoslavia was planned much in advance by Germany and United States than its actual occurrence in the 1990s.
In the videotape which has surfaced now, Gallios claimed that between 1976-77, regular meetings of 2-3 days took place in a small farm close to Munich. Gallois was representing France among other representatives of Germany, England and Spain and interestingly, a Vatican representative, Paul Violet.
Since Yugoslav president Josip Broz Tito's death was imminent, Germany saw an opportunity to dismember Yugoslavia and take its revenge on Serbia, its dominant republic, claimed Gallois.
The French general claimed that Germans never forgave the Serbs for siding against them in the two World Wars No less was their desire to reward Croats and Bosnian Muslims for supporting Germany during Second World War, as well as to gain an access to the Mediterranean Sea, asserted Gallois in the videotape.
Gallois said in the videotape that (a) United States was quick to go along with the plan as they wanted NATO to continue in a post Cold War world; (b) They also needed Europe to depend on it, militarily and (c) it didn't want to let go on the chance to humiliate Russia, and test its Slavic unity with Serbia.
Further, Gallois alleged that Germany thus militarily supported Croatia-Muslim federation in a bid to expel Serbs from the lands they had inhabited for centuries. He also revealed that a deafening media disinformation campaign was launched, citing utter lies about rape victims in Bosnia, the Sarajevo market bombing and Racak (all of this is revealed in detail in my book) with the clear purpose to build a public perception in preparation for a military intervention.
Gallois implication is that the campaign planned over decades was carefully staged. A key outcome was to break Russian-Serbian resolve with the establishment of the vast military base camp Bondsteel in Kosovo, a strategic outpost which would guarantee pipeline access to emergent Caspian Sea energy reserves for the United States, claimed Gallois.
Western democracies bombed Serbia for 78 days, "violating every UN charter, international justice, Helsinki accords, and rules of border inviolability. It's a black mark on the morality of Western countries," said Gallois on tape.
"After the Dayton Accord in 1999, after (Serbian president, Slobodan Milosevic refused the appendix B which called for NATO occupation of Serbian territory for an unlimited period of time, offering the aggressor all possible benefits, airports, roads, railways and everything free of charge, all of which was refused," stated Gallois
"An unfortunate epoch, the western world demonstrated its capacity of utter perversion. In this case, the westerners performed absolutely unethically," concluded Gallois.
