After chiding Joe Biden for lookin’ back during the vice presidential debate, Sarah Palin went on to look back and dredge up any crap she could think of -- or was written on her crib notes -- to throw up in the air in the hope it falls on Barack Obama and will stick.
I wasn’t running a stopwatch on Palin, but I betcha, it didn’t take her more than a few seconds to prove she’s a liar who doesn’t heed her own advice.
If you believe polls, John McCain is losing in all of them except those fixed by Fixed News; they are desperate and it shows.
The news from Michigan is so bad the McCain camp folded its tents and slunk off to what they perceive as greener pastures, like California.
California?
The state that went ballistic for Hillary Clinton. The state that’s going bankrupt under the leadership of a Republican spend, spend, spend governor with the help of the Democratic spend, spend, spend legislature? California, home of the left wing Hollywood liberal loons? California, where Obama is leading in the polls?
California? Talk about looking back and not forward.
What’s the first thing the McCain campaign pulled out of their backward closet? Bill Ayers from 38 years ago, when he was a radical Weatherman.
Why? Because years later Obama and Ayers lived in generally the same Chicago neighborhood and served together on the same board of a charity.
Barely knowing someone with a shady, disreputable, despicable past ain’t nuthin’ compared to being up close and personal with, and in bed with, with the covers drawn up tight, with a campaign contributing scam artist who brought down the savings and loan industry like Charles Keating.
The McCain campaign is repeating the same colossal smear Swift Boat, Karl Rove tactics on Obama that were used on him in 2000, and he's employed the same people who smeared him.
This isn’t eight years ago when they were used on him, totally crushing his presidential run against George W. Bush, nor is it four years ago when they used the same despicable tactics against John Kerry.
I knew something was very wrong with McCain's mental state and judgment the first time he hugged [yuk!] George Bush and endorsed him when Bush ran for a second term.
Obama is no Kerry, and at least is now stricking back, but I think they should begin some pre-emptive strikes.
Here’s a few for starters:
*McCain never meeting a deregulation he didn’t have a wet dream over.
