For those who trust the FDA and S 510

Message M. Gray
For those who trust the FDA to take care of them and who want to give them even more power through S 510, not realizing what the FDA really is or its history of getting rid of its own scientists who have the courage to speak honestly to protect the public, perhaps the following might be useful.
They might want to read about the FDA and its corruption and about how many people they have killed. They might want to know the FDA is currently doing things to remove essential safeguards on vaccineswhile also working to remove people's rights to food and health.
They want to know how muchof the "science" they trust is rigged, and how Bobby Kennedy showed that under Bush agencies such as the FDA became agents of policy, not science, and that that has not improved. The FDA along with the CDC (and NIH and HHS) participated in a pandemic that was faked, as the EU parliament exposed. The FDA is controlled by Pharma which the WHO is warning about.
Those who trust the FDAshould notice that information crucial to their own lives is being kept from them, unconstitutionally, and for a very clear purpose.
Do they who trust the FDA distrust Monsanto? If so, they might want to know that Monsanto designed S 510 and runs the "food safety" division at the FDA now and is set to control anything set up by S 510. Food safety is a fraud and threatens local farmers and local food. They're own food is threatened and their families' future and they can see that by simply reading sections of the bill, themselves.
The FDA which says it doesn't have enough power to stop contaminated food, somehow has plenty enough to kidnap an herbalist and has him in prison now, not for hurting anyone but for simply suggesting he had a treatement for skin cancer. But they are very different with GSK, letting it keep Avandia on the market despite 80,000 heart attacks(and are considering it for children).
Those who trust the FDA might want to see what the FDA is doing to the elderly with arthritis or others, including children, who are in pain. The FDA threatened cherry growers for even putting a link to peer reviewed studies on their websites showing cherries are potentially ten times stronger than NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen ...) for controlling pain and inflammatiion. Cherries kill no one. Meanwhile prescription (not even including OTC) NSAIDs cause more than 16,000 deaths a year but FDA protects those companies, even allowing them to have ads on TV offering free samples and encouraging people to give them away to friends.
The 16,000+ deaths - solely from NSAIDs - is more than three times the number of deaths from food borne illness, but the FDA does nothing whatsoever about them, is not seeking a giant agency to stop the deaths, and has not filled the media with horror stories of the painful deaths of 274 people who die daily in the US from their approved drugs -100,000 a year -the fourth leading cause of death in the industrialized world. This is surpassed only by the number of deaths from heart attacks, cancer and strokes (Journal of the American Medical Association, April 15, 1998)).
The FDA is doing nothing about corporate food contamination or S 510 would do nothing about the hormones, antibiotics, slaughterhouse waste (which leads to Mad Cow Disease and JCD), pesticides or hormones, but uses armed FBI to attack private buying clubs which are harming no one, taking away clean (non-corporate) food that people trust for their families. The FBI is also conspiring(that portion begins at 5:40) with ag departments across the Midwest to get rid of food buying clubs. Are they also involved in efforts to stop food clubs in Massachusetts, since they clearly are in the West and Midwest?
Though nutritional supplements are entirely safe and essential for health, there have been four bills so far this year to stop supplements in the US. S 510 would end access to them in the US, under something most people have never heard of called Codex Alimentarius, expected to kill more than 300 million in the first generation alone from preventable heart disease. The pharmaceutical industry which controls the FDA, devised Codex. Do those who trust the FDA know Codex's history?
Do those who think its good the FDA "regulates" supplements realize they already are regulate or that they are entirely safe? In seeing the statistics on supplements' safety, especially vis a vis pharmaceutical drugs, do they wonder why theyare being attacked? They might notice how much the public has been misled by corporate media, by rigged science, and with the aim of leaving them without essential, inexpensive help for nutritional deficits linked to diseases and to death. Vitamin D3 is only one supplement, now considered by medical science as crucial in the prevention of a large ranges of diseases. Why is the FDA attempting to remove access to it?

The Hazardous-Nutritional-Supplements - Target of FDA Police Raids:

Annual Deaths From:

FDA-Approved Drugs (1).......60,000 - 140,000

Food Contamination (2)...........................9,100

Aspirin (3)......................................................90

All vitamins (4). ............................................ 0

Uncontaminated amino acids (4)..................0

Commercial herbs (4).................................... 0

Are those who trust the FDA equally taken in about the "danger of raw milk"? They might want to compare ...

The Relative Health Hazard of Raw Milk Consumption and FDA-Approved Drugs:

A Medline search ... produced a single citation of a single case of death in 1983 of a 72-year-old woman during "an outbreak of illness caused by raw milk." ... Since Medline citations go back to 1949,this means that, absent information to the contrary, there has beenone Medline-documented fatality over a period of 57 yearsfrom the consumption of raw milk produced in the United States.

How do FDA-approved drugs compare? Even if one considered only the last 21 years of this 57-year period (starting with the GAO Report year of 1985), using the conservative figure of 100,000 deaths per year from the use of properly-prescribed-and-used FDA-approved drugs, thenthe death-tollfromthe use of FDA-approved drugs over this considerably shorter periodof time has been at least 2,100,000 victims.

Do those who trust the FDA not realize the history of the pharmaceutical industry? Or how many treatments for cancer have been kept from them by literally criminal actions of the FDA? Are they unaware of its involvement with Bush and what they are doing to take control of food and even of human DNA,as Percy Schmeiser, winner of the Right Livelihood Award (the alternative Nobel prize) explains?
Perhaps those who trust the FDA and do not see a danger in giving it more of power it is already using corruptly to destroy supplement and safe food, which not touching pharmaceutical companies or corporate food giants, might ask themselves how if they know there is agency capture of other agencies by corporations they are naive about agency capture of "science" agencies by corporations which have trillions to gain from malnutrition and terrible diseases and nothing whatever, if people stay healthy or get well? Aside from medical atrocities they performed at Auschwitz and developing Codex Alimentarius, those who trust the FDA might look at the recent criminal behavior of these corporations and their influence not only at the FDA but over the CDC as well.
S 510 would do nothing to provide food safety as article after article lays out in detail. 510 would allow corporations to take over of all food and nutrition (and more) in the US, placing it in the hands of the FDA run already by Monsanto. Those who trust the FDA might ask themselves whether any agency should ever be entrusted with their lives, like that. They should especially wonder since not only is big pharma invested in illness but those corporations and banks which destroyed the economy (the same ones backing S 510) took the money they stole and invested in starvation.
Trust is a painful thing to give up. But those who hold "science" up as their god, owe it to investigate for themselves, as science requires, and to be willing to shatter myths and preconceived ideas. What truly constitutes food safety? What is corporate "food safety" already doing to to democracy and human rights? How can the FDA be safe for anyone if it is captured by the criminally corrupt pharmaceutical industry and the "food safety" division itself is headed by Monsanto? Does any danger from rotten eggs compare to the danger of surrendering all control over food and nutrition to anyone, especially an agency controlled by corporations dependent on sickness for all profits?
