Wow, what a week. And she hasn't even been landslide in Wyoming yet (a few more hours to that)....
Daniel Patrick Interview on US election and Hillary Clinton in particular. Audio here, full transcript below: presstv.ir/Detail/2016/04/08...

"The Charlie Rose interview is going to be troubling for many Sanders supporters. Granted that Rose was being pretty unfair and really aggressive--but Sanders came out and again was doubling down on his longstanding promise that he would support Clinton if she is the nominee, and saying that he doesn't hold her responsible for the Iraq war, etc. etc. Again based on harsh questions from Rose, but for those of us who are not part of his campaign it calls into question what his role is. And I think among his supporters as well, it's going to be a little disappointing in terms of what they expected to be his radical agenda.

"Making nice with the Clinton Machine.... well, it looks like they were both trying to pull back from the nasty campaign. But making nice with the Clinton Machine is not going to gain him or the so-called revolution he claims to be spearheading any points at all. This is a vicious, character assasin machine that goes way back. These are the people who actually rumored the whole thing that started the Birther Movement--even though it got way beyond their control. And Bill Clinton made the comment that 'you know a few years ago this guy (Barack Obama) would have been carrying our bags.'

"They are a horrible political force, and it is really important, no matter who gets to be president, that Hillary Clinton be defeated. It is a particular moment of anti-establishment focus. I think it's incorrect to think that Bernard Sanders will usher in some kind of radical agenda. Obviously, like he says--he doesn't go the full mile, in terms of holding her feet to the fire, in terms of holding to account all the senators, who *are* to blame, for the millions of deaths across the middle east and north africa in the last 20 years. It is a shame and a war crime, and this is not the time to make nice--it's a time to sharpen those distinctions to make sure that everybody knows where they stand.

And especially in domestic political terms, in light of going into New York it's crucial for the Sanders campaign and for anyone who opposes Hillary Clinton's brand of humanitarian imperialism and to double down on critcizing, and advocating for--excuse me *against* the policies that she champions--these racist and imperialist policies.. she's not all that different from Ted Cruz and Donald Trump: there was a meme floating around awhile ago saying 'Oh great, we have a choice between someone who wants to kill black and brown people domestically and someone who wants to kill them internationally,' citing her support for war in Libya and wars in Iraq and everywhere else.

"But domestically the Clintons have been just as horrific on race, on targeting black and brown communities, using this absolutely racist 1994 crime bill which Bill Clinton actually defended only just yesterday in response to Black Lives Matter activists. Championing 'three strikes' federal legislation, mandatory sentencing, 'ending welfare as we know it,' all these things have been devastating and they continue to be devastating for our black and brown communities across the country--not just over the world with their awful foreign policy. It has been a disaster--an absolute disaster, and the fact that the Clintons would run as friends of black people is just disgusting.

"What's happening now is that the wheels are coming off the cart, and Hillary Clinton is lashing out, making horrific campaign mistakes that will likely cost her New York and the election. The fact is she is not good at this--she never has been. This is the time in the campaign where she starts to wobble, and in 2008 the same thing happened, and Obama surged ahead.

"She is just a candidate who could not win an open contest for dogcatcher without the enormous thumb and a fat sack of blood money on the scale to tilt it in her favor. She is 'impatient' with Sanders, she said in the past week; she criticized young people for being ill informed; she said that Sanders has to watch his tone. The picture comes through of this entitled, self-aggrandizing, presumptuous person who is an absolute slave to capital and to empire and will do anything to win.

"And that is the very essence of establishment politics. Sanders is not the salvation, but HIllary Clinton is one of the worst politicians to ever walk the US stage; all the republicans are threatening to do the things that she has already done ten times over. So you can't go on and say--especially in foreign policy, well *they* are the bogeyman, they're going to be a disaster. Because she has already proven to be a disaster. We know the package we're getting, and we have to reject it."
