UN spokeswoman, Josephine Guerrero said "arrangements were made with all parties"." A UN team was sent where they're held.
As of early Saturday AM, no deal was reached. Captors demand "a cease fire in the area."
Russia called for an immediate halt to violence. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow's not involved in the regime change game. Washington prioritizes it. Expect no end of conflict soon.
