Steps in the Right Direction

 

     I don’t necessarily agree with everything that the President Obama has done or proposes to do. I oppose any escalation of the war in Afghanistan, and I don’t know what to think about the Wall Street bailout; but the President deserves credit for trying to do something about the problems confronting America right now. We did not get into our current mess overnight, and it cannot be fixed overnight; but President Obama is taking things a step at a time; and more importantly--he is taking steps in the right direction. Call your Senators and Representative (202-224-3121) and tell them to help President Obama take the next step.
