Today, I want to talk about the word “revolution.” I see the direction of our leaders and those who are poised to lead, resulting in revolution. Once more, please don’t jump to the conclusion that “revolution” is a poor choice. The American Revolution gave us this country, the next American Revolution may well be the one that takes it back.
Our forefathers were disadvantaged in their fight for civil justice, personal freedom and equality, as they had no Constitutional Rights as a framework on which to stand and were left with armed force as their alternative.
We are fortunate in that regard and need only to stand united in voice alone and simply demand a return to a government by and for the people under Constitutional law.
We must demand that campaign finance be reformed and that term limits be legislated; NOW. That our rising debt and endless unilateral wars be addressed; NOW. That our jobs flowing out and immigrants flowing in be stopped: NOW.
I see no possibility for positive change short of a unified and extremely vocal revolution. To expect our current politicians to address the demise of Middle Class America by their own volition, would truly define insanity.
