And yes, mention the book as often as you can in emails, conversations, on web posts, forums, ... How about holding a sign: ""THE SHELL GAME" - IMPORTANT THRILLER - GET IT READ IT!" Hold in front of book stores or at airports or a busy street corner. DO SOMETHING!)"
