Much as I appreciate your invitation to attend, I will have
to decline.
The FCC does not have travel funds available for staff appearances at
functions like that.
I might add that my previous e-mail is not just a policy that we in our
office decided to formulate. It is based on statutes adopted by
Congress, so any changes would have to be through Congressional action.
As I wrote, there is a wide misconception among the general public that
the equal time law is absolute, and whenever we are asked about it, I
try to explain the limitations that have been imposed by Congress.

Therefore if what you report is correct your office too has opened the gate of massive fraud. Here is my point you have an alleged game in each elective state which said you can add your name as a write in. But no one will know your existence anyone. The FCC allows the media to protect itself by not enacting protection from discrimination which indeed it is when candidates themselves can go around telling organizations churches and other groups that we are the only one to be considered therefore if you allow any other write in and balloted person on to speak we will not appear therefore this in my opinion as others is a threat and within the very same behavior of a criminal mobster lending on those they are to intimidate in fact since I am in the media I posed this question to those in the general public and many see no difference in this than with the former governor of Illinois talking to people claiming in controlled the senate seat prior to the election you see the general public in general and noticing that those who are here in stop corruption have opened the door for corruption by using and or reading the laws to benefit politicians to do wrong all over the us I am meeting with voting investigation organizations because there are other candidates that view this has a fraud as well because the election board refuse to post and or review their names the organizations were told by the candidates don't allow the others on or we will walk and therefore this is no equal rights other than a thug mental which is winning the war of state wide corruption. I would like to invite you on my program because others would like to understand this opinion from lawyer who is an expert in this and the method of thought that brings this as being ok.
