Now what are we going to do with all the killers in our midst who killed him? "
Yes, we got the man who planned 9/11. Yes, the military took risks and used its great advantage to finally achieve the goal of vengeance for the attack but the cost has been just too great. Our country is on the brink of bankruptcy, our people have turned on one another in the realm of a political sideshow and our freedoms have become fractured from the police state that continues to grow out of the Patriot Act's intrusive policies.
The events of 9/11/2001 were hideous, indeed but they were the result of the same policies that are now tearing our country apart; blind patriotism and vengeance. The death of bin Laden means nothing when one takes into account how much damage has occurred to our Nation post 9/11 and the number of lives that have been lost and money spent in the name of this vengeance. The healing from 9/11 and the past ten years can never occur this if it is not allowed to begin. We need to make America whole again by ceasing the death march and stop the American War Machine. Until we do, it will surely defeat us all.
