Four Wisconsin men were charged with voter fraud this week for registering and voting as convicted felons last November. The men claim they misunderstood the state's law regarding voting rights as felons. Read more in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Starting with next week's election, Georgia will require all voters to provide an ID at the polls. Judge Harold Murphey, who halted enforcement of the 2005 law for unconstitutionality, “reversed course,” and applauds the law, which now includes a voter education and outreach program.
