Enter the most important film I've ever seen, stealing America vote by vote, attempting to expose crimes against democracy in order to inspire others to defend democracy.
I thank all of you for being here tonight to see this important work. But at the end of this day, and in light of events so recent that they can not really be part of the film itself, we have to ask ourselves the question:
If there has ever in the entire history of this country been a civil rights activist or a soldier who died for democracy or for freedom, what right do we have in this generation to allow freedom to meekly slip away with a bill signing and corrupt secret vote counting?
We should therefore proceed to talk mostly to our neighbors and fellow citizens, the true source of all legitimate power in our history, and move forward with a level of conviction, tenacity, and spirit that will simply stun those who think they've got better ideas than the annoyances of freedom's we disagree with and the inefficiency and redundancies of checks and balances in our elections and democracy.
We'll have a great video track for these efforts in this film, but more importantly we have the guarantee of success, for one simple reason. These forces who have always but mostly silently opposed freedom and democracy have now fully committed and exposed themselves for the criminals of democracy that they are. They have given us the American Flag back, or rather, they've abandoned our Flag and what it is supposed to stand for. The Stars and Stripes are now the property of We the People once again. And the Star-Spangled Banner will now stand once again as asking a timeless question at the end of its verses about the defense of freedom and the condition of the American people. It asks us
O SAY DOES THAT STAR SPANGLED BANNER YET WAVE
O'ER THE LAND OF THE FREE, AND THE HOME OF THE BRAVE?
A land of free and brave citizens will never give up publicly supervised elections, and a land of free and brave citizens will never submit to absolute power of any King George of any century.
Thomas Paine, the true architect of America, said regarding the American people "We have it in our power to begin the world all over again."
We will each do as much as we can, and we couldn't ask for a better gift and tool than this film to collect the details and spirit of our struggle for democracy.
