So, unlike the French, we meekly kowtow to an endless barrage of draft dodgers, idiots, morons, fools, megalomaniacs, and other malcontents that presume to rule us. Who are the cowards; the French, or us?

The hypocrites are slandering
The sacred halls of truth
Ancient nobles showering
Their bitterness on youth

(N. Peart, see initial credit)

Sacred halls of truth? Truth remains the first real victim of the war on terror. All the bullshit coming from DC after that time should be more than enough proof that truth was up for auction to the highest bidder.

No, I'm sorry. I was wrong. Truth wasn't auctioned off to the highest bidder. It was given away via no-bid contracts. The fact that the American press has become a monopoly built on lies is clear proof of that. And you thought only Halliburton got no-bid contracts. Hah!

To say that DUBYA's regime is built on lies is to make an incredible understatement. It is lies, from top to bottom, from the foundation to the roof!

Hypocrisy? I think the voluminous articles one finds here when searching that tag should be proof to everyone that hypocrisy continues to reign supreme.

The bitter irony of this is it's all being caused by a bunch of people who were far too uncool to have ever made it as hippies. DUBYA was a rich prick whose daddy could afford to keep him stateside. Ditto for Dick(LESS), Lintball, Dumbsfeld, et al. While most people were finding out what real freedom meant, the afore mentioned rat pack was figuring out how best to remove a fly's wings, as painfully as possible, and make a profit in the process. They were pointing fingers at the draft dodgers and draft card burners even as their fathers were paying for them to get deferment, or time in the National Guard. Hypocrisy? MMMMMMaybe!

And now, it's their chance to make us all pay because they were too anal to have a little sixties style fun. Because they'd rather make war...and money, not love, the future generations that are going to have to pay the price!

If that isn't enough to get the youth of America up off their lazy asses and out in the streets marching, then they deserve the plants (and weeds) which the seeds we planted brought into being. Apparently it's not enough. What choice to they have when they are fed cell phones that aren't cell phones sold by a phone company that isn't a phone company, and all the other trivial consumerist crap designed to keep them from realizing how badly they are getting ass-rammed. Playing with toys while their house burns. Par for the course here in the good old USA!

Can't we raise our eyes
And make a start?
Cant we find the minds
To lead us closer to the heart?

(N. Peart, see initial credit)

Can't we? Isn't it about time that we stopped fooling ourselves and started taking back our country? If a revolution is what it will take, why are we waiting? Marie Antoinette could no longer tell anyone to eat cake with her head severed from her body. How long will it be before we the people take our country back, by force, if necessary?

We have the power. Our government, and their parasittes, corporations, must be put back in their places.

Protest! Resist! Refuse! It takes so little real effort. If the French can do it, why can't we? Are we going to let them freakin' Froggies best us at the game of politics?

Blessed be!
