life experiences - those considered valuable or influential*;character evaluations by two or more verifiable people (who have given this same information) with whom one has interacted in various ways for at least 5 years.
By recognizing the need for public information sharing between individuals for the purpose of evaluating the move into or maintenance of any but the most limited relationships, a person has taken the first step towards being fully responsible for hirself in hir relationship other individuals. Once s/he steps away from the use of anonymous "handles" in hir Internet and other activities and stands behind hir history of actions and ideas, then s/he is actually demonstrating some of the essential aspects of self-responsibility. S/he will want to, and expectantly will, preferentially associate with others who do the same. Together s/he and the growing numbers of others who act similarly will benefit from their interactions and eventually a society will come about in which members peacefully and gradually reduce the amount of outside coercion that currently prevents its optimal functioning.
Monumental paradigm (framework) shifting ideas do not require a revolution of violence, but only require and can occur by means of a thorough understanding of the basis and the advantages of such a change - individually, one person at a time.
