In our country today, the federal government can kidnap you, hold you without legal recourse, seize your camera, take your home and give it to a developer, bar you from travel, monitor your telephone and internet usage, and force you to show your papers to travel.
Do you think this is what they meant in the enlistment oath when they wrote, "Protect and Defend the Constitution?"
Neither do I.
