RIGHT TO COUNSEL

Rather than junk fundamental Constitutional rights wholesale, the Supreme Court has begun to chip away at them bit by bit. In the case of Rothgery v. Gillespie County, Texas, David Udell and the Brennan Center filed an amicus brief calling on the Court to uphold all aspects of the Sixth Amendment's right to counsel.
