Now, there's absolutely no compulsion for OpEdNews editors or readers to agree with such arguments, but I find little valid ground for censoring them. We allow articles, after all, by Obama and Hillary Clinton supporters, who arguably have far less title than "Pope Francis Catholics" to be called progressives. With the golden opportunity Pope Francis offers, this is the worst time to repeat the mistake of identity Democrats in demonizing and alienating Catholics. We must not look a gift pope in the mouth.
