How it a woman can walk into a hotel the clerk says they came in like a couple and the 2 came back down normal and the female came back in un-changed condition. But she says she was cursing at me and was angry the cleark said in the Article 32 hearing that she never said nothing and they were normal and left normal.
Every Body in their statements says this female has double personality or a mental problem and every statement is in-consistent.
I guess I got the normal side of her when she was with me she was fine but when I read the statements
I guess they want to practice and take this to the limit. They are saying I took advantage of her because she was to drunk. This is wrong because I know I did not rape this female or take advantage of her!
Because the S.A.R.C always been giving wrong information to people and the females tend to believe that if there drunk and a male too that they are the victims okay so us men what!! Men know better and the females don't!
How it is that a female cry’s RAPE. Two days later supposedly the incidents happened twice in one night 2 different times, 2 different locations, by 2 different men. She must have really bad luck!! It's like you cross the street get hit by a car then cross an avenue and get hit by another car!! Give me a Break!! This is not right. It’s crazy!
Okay now I'm still here waiting thinking this case should be dropped because anybody that would read it would say what this is!
Of course she will keep to her story of course she needs her motive to lie. She is married and she is accusing to different men she has mentally believed that she was assaulted. She is not the victim I'm the victim.
What they should have done was taking every body's weapon away and investigate properly not take a word from a female that might have mental problems.
Also in other peoples statements they say she acted like to different persons and they say looked like she was sycsophrenic
Because a woman that would make a story like this is feeling guilt looking for an alibi and not mentally stable.
But they are scared that she might go to the News Oprah the News Papers or the media. So let’s get this guy because we have to make her feel good! Well they were wrong.
What about the man and his family the man himself deformation to character emotional problems with himself and the family.
Not one person came and Knocked on my door and said hey how you doing how is the family in the States.
I have had suicidal thought's all the time the only reason I never done nothing because the Chaplin tells me if you die you will never see your wife and kids and that makes me think.
I got to keep my guard up and fight for my family and my reputation and my rights and go home to them. There are better with me than without me.

Also why they took my weapon and the second (suspect) still had his weapon and she did too!! And the other individual still working with his weapon and arming up from her because she works at the armory giving out weapons why is that.
I also ask for a lawyer I requested a top lawyer female Capt. Beitz Gwendolyn, and got denied twice, Reason I wanted her because she is top notch and a very good attorney but it got dis-approved twice.
I cannot afford a civilian attorney if I could all this would have been acquitted because this case is absurd and my rights have been violated.
I would get an Attorney and I know I would be home with my family.
I know I'm innocent and this is not right!!
I had to give my lawyer more than 30 names as character witnesses now everybody is going to know what’s going on I know for a fact what kind of person I am and I also know for a fact that everybody knows I’m a hard worker and truthful person. But now everybody got to see what's going on real nice!
I never disrespected my superiors and always done what I have to do to help my family. My family in Puerto Rice if they need help I’m there Family in New York they need help.
I’m there most of the time is financial because I know they struggle and I wouldn’t mind risking my life for them.
I wanted to work in Iraq for a company and earn enough to open collage funds for my two boys help my parents my mother in law and the rest of the family my sister she is a single mother struggling in Brooklyn New York.

Now my family and my life depend on something that I didn’t do and somebody else’s decision this is just sad and unreasonable.
The former President had an affair and what happened the Governor had an affair with a Prostitute what happened. Higher military members do stuff and get a slap on the wrist and they admitted of doing such things and the Government had evidence on them and nothing.
The duke Lacrosse team the family had to go through so much stress and shame of something that came to be all False. The female that had a soldier go through hell for one year and it turned out to be that she lied. Because she wanted to make her boyfriend jealous.
In volgehweh Housing a young girl said that she was raped in the woods everybody on base was worried then it turned out to be that she lied.
The woman that accused the cop on patrol for rape to avoid a traffic ticket until they told her she was recorded.
I know there is more this is not right! Somebody needs to put a stop to this already!
I hope you someone could find it in their spirit and heart to help.
Because this is not right and inocent men is going to suffer for this.
Especially in the Military because of the new Article 120 in the UCMJ.
So a woman can have drinks one night and have sex with a whole alot of men and then say she was too drunk to give consent so what they do press it.
Because they are worried about being on the new's.
On August I served my charges and I been claiming that the Military should pay for my family to go back to Puerto Rico and they said no because they went where I chose well that's when I thought that I was going to meet them. I wrote a letter for the military to send them back home they said no because like I said before they said they are where I wanted to go that's when I thoght I was going with them if the military would had told me about me being extended my family would not had left they would had stayed with me.
