Looking at the message above, there is no mistaking Harding's writing style. When I say I've read Harding I mean it started with "Hello world" and ended with every public piece listed on the search engines. That was before I wrote one sentence about what he does. His smarmy understanding of even my connectivity says he's been looking at a little more than the articles I publish. Files missing off my computer and a few other interesting annoyances attest to that.
Why is Joel Harding Interested in me?
Since the beginning of the "putsch" in Kiev, I have been the only western or American journalist in Donbass the entire time. I've provided proof destroying the incredible propaganda pieces Hardings minions tried to foist on the world. In the western press, I wrote many of the first stories on events as they happened in Donbass. There are many great journalists writing on the Ukrainian war and its info war, but to date I am the only one addressing the InfoWar by taking it directly back to Harding. Since June of 2014, I have been addressing the people and methodologies involved.

Peacekeeper Hit Lists
I broke the story about Harding as the force behind Ukraine's info war against Russia in a two part series in mid- March. The first article in the series detailed Harding's decision to destroy American News websites, journalists, and activists that he labeled Russian active measures agents (Russian info warriors that ARE targetable.) It also detailed the methodologies for doing it.
Right on cue within one day of the first article, Harding's trolls came off the page like I predicted they would, but not in Ukraine.
In Washington DC, posing as a Russian official, a troll asked anti-war activist David Swanson to publish "Russian propaganda. He gave a gmail address on a Russian Embassy business card. The Russians don't use gmail, especially not for government business. S wanson published an article about the incident and became an example in the info war.
Over the course of the last year Harding, set up and ran the information war for Ukraine and was behind the repression of free speech and journalism in Kiev. Harding set up what became Yuri Stets "Ministry of Truth" which censored the news and set up the true purpose of the Peacekeeper site which was to target individuals and journalists the Ukrainian nationalists wanted to "neutralize" or simply eliminate.
Within less than a month site became famous for it's kill lists as journalists were hunted down.

Photographs can be photo-shopped , so can videos. Eyewitness accounts are suspect. Reporters stories are only as reliable as the news sources and that means they are not reliable. Even if the most reliable person in the world says something, their word can always be branded speculation, biased or that they are a paid troll, be it Russian or otherwise (although I really don't know of any others). NATO Involvement
I've shown that Harding designed and unified Ukraine's information war and propaganda effort internally and the international media and press efforts thematically outside Ukraine.
When the news of the Peacekeeper site killings broke, I thought the story would focus and I could move on to other things. It didn't. After the "Red Herring" Ophelia was found the story died down when it should have been investigated further.
The Peacekeeper website was launched on NATO servers in Latvia. This put it squarely inside the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence, Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence, Riga, Latvia. This COE opened doors in the spring of 2014 for the Ukrainian conflict.
