I sure have a beef with the N.R.A. over this one. Yes, the Constitution states that Americans have the right to own a gun under the second amendment, but should every American be afforded that right? Just how does the N.R.A. justify mentally deranged people owning a gun?
This is where I scream, background checks, background checks must be done in order to protect innocent people.
So, maybe NBC should just pull “Southland”. I do not know if I was the only one feeling assaulted in the opening scenes, but if they think they can capture the viewers of “ER”, they are sadly mistaken. At this point due to my sickness regarding gun violence and violence in general and specifically the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, I was the one who faded this show to black as I turned off my television set.
