What will it take for We, the People to understand that our presence in Iraq and Afghanistan is making us physically less safe, financially less stable, and morally less principled?

What will it take for We, the People to distinguish between when we are defending ourselves, our land, and our interest and when we are forcefully preventing other nations, people, and communities from defending their people, lands, and interests?

Surely it is We, the People " including military service members " who ought to weigh in on when our military is used, what it is used for, and who are the beneficiaries of that use.

Surely it is in the interests of every red-blooded, individualist, democracy-loving American to urge the corporations that feed off our hard work " to accept a smaller piece of the pie?

And, surely it is in the interest of We, the People to stand up for our democratic birthright and urge VP Joe Biden to resist the temptation to gad about Iraq on behalf of the energy corporations and not the people?
