Note that interactive screen time (i.e. manipulating a screen via touch, a mouse or keyboard) is more detrimental to brain development than "passive" screen time (like watching TV). Wired use is better than wireless use.

15. Savor your life. Go for s l o w food, s l o w love, s l o w (not digital) communication.
