I'll conclude by citing a conversation I recently had with a good pal, who visited a neighboring casino during the holidays. He said that the most depressing sight of all was the large number of young people so deeply immersed in gambling.
Who knows where our country is headed, in the face of the financial problems that are facing us. Maybe, with our deep immersion in gambling, along with our other staggering financial woes, we are at the very edge of the precipice.
