Tom Devine, Legal Director of the Government Accountability
Project (GAP) represented Cathy Harris for her ten EEO grievances
and a sexual harassment complaint against the government. The U.S.
Custom Service settled out of court with Harris for an undisclosed
amount. Matthew Fogg won a record $4 million jury verdict against
the Justice Department for racial discrimination and retaliation in
a landmark lawsuit, which declared that the entire U.S. Marshal
Service was a racially hostile environment for Blacks.
