[America turns to side, looks towards floor, her handkerchief fisted against her nose. She lets her torch droop to ground]

[America dissolves into subs, closing her eyes and mopping them with handkerchief, head down]
[Barely audible] "It's like they hate Freedom, just hate Freedom itself. . . "
Then
[America puts her hands before her face, talking to them like mirror] "Is it worth it? Is it worth it?? Should I stop being Good all the time? Being good no matter how much it costs me??"
[Fade to black] . . . or just to another endlessly-broadcast singing of 'Amazing Grace' on this oh-so-devastating Tenth Anniversary.
That's it.
That's the script, that's the story they want you to buy.
And anybody who'd tell you that is nothing but you got it a Crybaby F*ck.
