For those who fear Benjamin Netanyahu's reappearance as Israel's Prime Minister, some sobering words -- "Israel had Kadima and we see the results -- more settlements, meaningless negotiations and a Gaza massacre." Nothing much will be different with Netanyahu, who, according to Amr Moussa, "will say 'No' on the first day." A challenging finish: "The Arab peace initiative (which recognizes Israel) is still on the table but will not remain there forever."
A receptive but limited American audience received the Secretary-General of the Arab League with noticeable approval. Missing from the dialogue were administration officials. During Amr Moussa's stay in Washington, D.C., no meetings seemed to have occurred with President Obama's principal foreign policy officials.
