For
whatever we lose (like a you or a me)
It's
always ourselves we find in the sea
What does this mean to us in an age of rapid change? It means everything. At this point in our history, we are at a place of exciting yet dangerous opportunities. Indeed, as the insignia for crisis in China literally means "dangerous opportunity," we are at a very exciting point in human and Earth history. This is a time of deep action and deeper reflection. If we do not take a serious look at our conditioning in accordance to the holographic theories of the universe, we run the risk of making the same mistakes that have been made for well over the past 6,000 years. Thus our actions could create massive devastation of the planet and ourselves, or it could create a new world founded in love and harmony.
We are also at a point where we cannot just proclaim to the elite leaders that they need to just behave themselves and give us back our benefits and get their gun barrels out of our chest. Yes, this is a drama that is increasing in scope and intensity throughout our world. As many OpEd articles have pointed out, it's happening to the 99% movements where many just want the corporate owned government to behave themselves by giving us medical care and other benefits that were hard earned during the labor movement in the last century.
Getting the system to behave itself isn't going to work for it's the system that's sick. Psychiatrist Eric Fromm, a survival of Nazi concentration camps, allows us to see this clearly in his work, Escape from Freedom. Yes, we have escaped from freedom by surrendering our power over the "The Man," be he in the form of corporation or government. Yes, he has "wooed" his spouse with gimmicks and tricks like sensationalized television and other chocolates for the Soul. "Keep em mesmerized!" This sickness is holographic and covers the bosoms of every man, woman and child as well as all of life on what was once a blue green planet many of us refer to as Mother.
We are all disempowered women in relation to the Man in charge. We have become prostitutes selling our Soul to the Devil for money and plastic. We are made to be obedient and to raise our children in accordance to "Father's Will." If we don't abide by that will, abuse is the call to action. The question we must all ask is can we do a deep enough questioning of our conception of reality to make a difference? To do so is to do nothing less than to turn what we think is real on its ear. It furthermore means "leaving the old man" sitting alone with his play toys and move on. To do so is to be liberated and to create our own lives in supportive communities.
Whew!!!! Such a big wall!!!!! Such opportunity? Ready to go for it?
