(4) The "Common Wealth Monetary Standard" - This fourth and final monetary standard based on the Spiritual, Moral, Ethical, Integrity and Production Potential of The American Many. It has value because... WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE SAY SO! (We Guarantee It!) (In a democratic, organized, agreed upon and voted way of course.) It is for these beautiful rainbow colored "RainDols" that anti-inflationary basic commodity price stability is established. This is the money of most of us Workers and can only be used in Our "Exclusive American Market". A market We control and prevent a lot of the greedy stunts that spoils other markets. Here, the "Eyes Of The People" will perform vital service. Family Home and business properties, shelter, food, fuel, energy, American made clothing and transportation are obtainable with this "American Potentiality Standard". This standard is less finite and limited and more plentiful for the main body of the growing American Populace. These RainDols are exchangable for the Treasury Notes, but not the "higher" monetary levels. Not sure what the exchange rate should be. Maybe three RainDols for one greenback? Or just dollar for dollar?

But, should "Common Wealth Standard Monies" be investment currency? Or that which can only be saved and spent? Maybe make the other Standards the investment medium of symbolic wealth?

A Fifth possibility and "Standard" would be well controlled issuance of State Currencies. All being of equal dollar to dollar value to Our Level 4 currency system. I have included a proposal for this "State Currency Standard" in the "New Bill Of Rights and Responsibilities Of The Direct Democracy Republic Common Wealth Of The United States Of America" articles that I have also submitted here.

Anyway, this notion of a multilayered monetary system might well serve all Americans...few and wealthy and The Many of a wide spectrum moderate means. Looks like this system will have to be "Emergency Established" judging from the information Kevin Goodrich has shared with Us"but it might be possible that this system can be established through "Government BY The People", once We get "Direct Democracy" going well enough.

"White" male. 70 years old. Politically an eclectic, (confused?) mix of Conservative and Progressive. Have a dislike for capitalism, as it is practiced in the United States and as it is used to promote the tyranny of the new world order. (more...)
