It was these criminals -- Phil and Windy Gramm, Lawrence Summers, Richard Rubin, and Alan Greenspan who should have all gone to jail for screwing up the Clinton and Bush administrations' economic policies, but instead, with their nine lives still intact, they again landed on their feet and ended up as the key players in pivotal jobs in yet another administration: running the Barack Obama economic policies into the ground as they had done both Clinton and Bush's. It is simply mind-boggling how this same gang of four keeps doing it over and over again, and keeps getting away with it each time? Is there a statute of limitations against government thuggery? As the saying goes, "the rot always begins at the top." Five Stars.
