handling the lawsuit received letters saying someone tampered with
Connell's airplane and caused the crash.
Thursday's report repeated earlier NTSB statements that "no anomalies were noted with the flight control system that would have precluded normal operation."
The agency also had details from pilots about icing reports night of the crash. A business jet pilot who landed at Akron-Canton moments after the crash said he used deicing equipment twice on approach.
