Will Warren Gender Play Work?

A Washington Post article notes Sen. Elizabeth Warren -- fresh from a gender spat with progressive rival Sen. Bernie Sanders -- is stressing gender as she campaigns against the backdrop of the third annual Women's March.  The initial March, the paper notes, allowed women to vent their anger at President Donald Trump, who has a reputation for treating women poorly both personally and in terms of policy positions.

The article quotes from speeches Warren has made on the power of women -- including African-American women -- and the need for them to be represented in governing circles.
