Zuckerberg 'hosted dinners with conservative journalists, right-wing celebrities, and Sen. Graham,' Politico  reported.  Attending at  Zuckerberg’s home were Fox News' Tucker Carlson, the Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro, radio host Hugh Hewitt, Guy Benson-Townhall, and Byron York-Washington Examiner; Trump spent years bullying Facebook for trying to 'censor' conservative voices. Facebook's reward came when 'Republican members of the committee were supportive of Mr. Zuckerberg,' when he appeared before Congress, The New York Times reported.

Facebook's political transformation from progressive outpost revolutionizing info  sharing into GOP lapdog seems complete, giving Republicans a green light to use the platform to lie their way through Trump's campaign next year and create a sea of online disinformation. Elizabeth Warren: 'Facebook is actively helping Trump spread lies and misinformation.'
