This personal narrative  addresses the truth, and answers the question, 'What DOES LEARNING LOOK LIKE?'  This question powered the Harvard research on Lauren Resnick research on  The Principles of Learning, which disappeared when Gates and the EDUCATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX saw dollar signs if they could create a market in the 15,880 school SYSTEMS,  and sell them TESTING instead of LEARNING  strategies and materials.The Principles of Learning describe eight characteristics of successful learning environments, and those are exactly what is missing in the schools that the author describes as her experience. This easy to read story hits the nail on the head.
