For Hitler - it was "dictatorial powers"over Germany - his "Enabling Act"/for W Bush - it was "absolute powers"in the United States to launch his "preemptive wars" on Afghanistan and Iraq - his "AUMF2001"/"Patriot Act 2001", which remain" in full force and effect" by congress for Obama, Trump. If Trump, or one of the next presidents, if not Trump, were to somehow decide to link (to "fit"/fabricate the "intelligence" to the "policy" of "regime change") Iran to 9/11 (was #PrePlantedExplosives), as W Bush did ("Fraudulent Justification" - Article II) with Iraq, of course congress would no doubt "give him everything he needs" and the American people would be "up in arms". W Bush -#IraqWar #NurembergCrimes.

The AUMF2001 AUMF2003 never authorized W Bush to lie about Iraq to the American people and congress but he did anyway telling hundreds of lies to launch his preemptive wars on Afghanistan and Iraq
