This piece delves into the difficulties young journalists face starting out in the Trump era, with all its distrust of the "fake media."
An often refreshing read away from the usual mainstream news or tailored selections I make during a week is the Columbia Journalism Review. It's produced by the university. And its job is to step back and look at how the MSM is doing its reporting -- from a journalistic POV, rather than a "pundit" POV. It's a healthy reminder that there are rules to the game and CJR is there to show where and how reports went well or were disastrous. Highly recommended regular reading.
