"Ralph Nader says Scalia interpreted the constitution hypocritically as he extended the bill of rights from persons to corporations." Nader is correct in saying that the "The Originalist Doctrine" is itself judicial activism, whereby this doctrine prevails over law. Laws need interpretation to prevail over TIME, going forward into the future with the original intent...which is that justice will prevail.
