"The Eyes Of The People"
The following opinion and suggestions is part of a solution program for getting America on a better path to its "best" destiny. The umbrella organization, the "Eyes Of The People", is a derivative and consequence of a tiny shadow culture known as Narbarism"which itself is 99% theory and its basic precepts are unfinished. Eyes Of The People is a Human Construct that tries to expedite Humanity becoming More and Better, in the context of what We know about Our intended role in Creation. Encouraging steps toward the ideal of what We could be. Eyes Of The People focuses on the American scene. The state of its society and government.
The "Eyes Of The People" is a multi-faceted attempt to organize the American People's Potential for Good. The article below is one of a series that is designed to be parts conducive to a whole effort that begins to establish fundamental change for the Better, for the nation; as a harmonious whole. Meaningful and critical "First Changes" to government and social structure is the first "Operation" of Eyes Of The People. Additional operations will be attempted if this one succeeds.
Not sure in what order this article is in the overall operation. I can organize that later, as this develops. But more "facets" of "First Changes" are on the way.
Beginning Of Operation First Changes:
"Seeing Is Knowing Much More"
One of the problems with American Government is that the "leadership" becomes isolated from the People that elected them to run things. This isolation results in the yielding to temptation and betrayal of The People, by the little "e" elite, that prevails today. The betrayal that puts power and wealth into the hands of "The Few", at the expense of the "Many". But in all fairness, it must be here noted, that the "Many" have to a very large extent, allowed the few to do as they have done. This is because We The People have not yet awakened to Our Responsibility regarding Our Role in the American Vision.
This phenomena, of the tyranny of the few, has repeatedly emerged in governments all over the world since the days of Prince Caligastia, Ancient Dalamatia and the Nodites. The dreadful time of the beginning of the "Lucifer Rebellion". Which became a cause of the mindset of the Conquering Capitalist Mythos of Manifest Destiny, as well as the primitive level of Our Species' Evolution on Earth. This whole pre-historic and historic span could be called "The Times Of Domination By Confusion".
We now know enough to change the dynamic of this tragic beginning, in Our Evolution, and begin to build a Better Way"that better serves the fulfillment of "The Vision". The American Dream that awakens and sees"and, with the Individual good hearts and minds of Earth Humanity, enters a better path of destiny. A destiny journey that takes Us closer to the True Intentions of Creation and Creator"as Eternal Children Of God.
Also, in all fairness, it has to recognized that Our City Cultures have "progressed", (Evolved), to the point where the brutality of subjugation, of one's own people, (and Others), is getting to be more of a psychological activity, rather than a physical one. The whole "Age of Consumerism" is testimony to this increasing subtlety in the arts of domination over one's populace. The Few don't have to kill, as quickly, the Many, because the Many have become easier to manipulate through their daily living needs and pursuit of happiness.
Much moral confusion and fear of rocking the boat and losing their little piece of the American pie, inflated privileges and relative ease of living, keeps the few in power and the many controlled. There is less visible brutality, which helps give the Capitalist Populace the temporary erroneous impression of security and societal success. This will continue as long as the economy does not collapse and exterior forces, (natural or manmade), do not interfere with the status quo.
Even with the warnings of resource depletion and Global Warming, from the concerned men and women of science and technology, the majority of the People are perilously slow to make the changes and sacrifices needed to halt the destruction of the world as We know it. Many even think that Global Warming is a hoax. Even when they know the dangers and believe in their influence on Human Future, they seem to be at a loss on how to cooperate with each other to bring the solutions that are required. But some have put forth the call to act with the strength and wisdom to turn us from the abyss of a new Dark Age"or even extinction.
Technology has just about brought Humanity, not only to the dilemma we are in, but it also offers a glimmer of hope in the great tool of potential Human interaction we know as the computer.
With the computer and an awakening Human Consciousness Of Planetary Responsibility, (of which the American Example could lead the way), Humanity has the opportunity to begin a brand new era of enlightenment through cooperation and action, (work). This can happen on all levels of society, but in this election year, (2008), it becomes paramount to focus first on politics. After all, the political arena is where the most visibility COULD be, in Our efforts to remove the erroneous ways of the two party system we have now. Politics is a vital area in which to initiate change for the better"even prepare the foundation for its own obsolescence and open the portal to a new era of Human Self Management or Government. The New Consciousness of Responsibility is the mindset and the computer is the primary tool. The computer gives us the needed speed of communication, though it needs to be made secure from "hackers".
With these and the conquest of fear in Ourselves, we would have a formula for the founding of Our Age of Light and Life on Earth. It is very important that the People take control of their government through cooperation and the vote. But they must be prepared to sacrifice their lives, if need be, to stop any reaction from the few and their minions, who are now in control. The Many has to develop the ability to care about more than themselves. Meaningful change cannot happen without this.
To start with, We do not need to tear down the representative government structure of Our Nation, but we do need to "police" it; keep a close watch on it, as we add to it and rebuild it. At least until We can build "Direct Democracy". This "watching" is to insure that the betrayal will not rear its ugly head again. This watcher force comes from the ranks of "The Many""the majority of the American people.
It makes sure the politicians that occupy the presidency, vice-presidency and all the seats of legislation are doing the job they were elected to do. That they have said they would do, in response to the presentation of Our Needs as Americans.
What "Our Needs" are and would be, should be decided through discussion and deciding, by ALL of Us, (as possible), and then established with Our Vote. This is a difficult art, but well worth the effort.
This watcher force, which We could name the "Eyes Of The People Legislative Companions", could be part of the requirement for earning the "American Earned Guaranteed Income". (Another proposal forthcoming). "Service" in Our Society is what earns these benefits that herald the new age we might want and might work for. Representative government does not have to be the shameful thing it is today. It can work really well with more good hearts and minds involved and additional "depths of scrutiny" added to the accountability structure. Increased participation by more and more Citizens, will strengthen the scope of this effort to keep an eye on the legislative process.
It might also be good to take out the "profit motive" of representative government. Another article forthcoming.
The "New Legislative Houses", (the "National Initiative For Democracy", the "American People's Plebiscite", the "House of the Third Parties Coalition" and the "Chamber of the American Individual" would provide this increased participatory scope. Of course The People would decide which of these merited a place in the legislative houses and who should be considered qualified for these honors"also what the qualifications should be.
The first "Eyes of the People Legislative Companions" will probably come from the ranks of the activists that have brought about the initial impetus with their hard work and diligence. From "Third Parties Coalitions" and/or other "Fusionist Movements", they will come. From all levels and categories of political and social expression they will come. These will pass on the lessons of their experience in this duty to those that follow and will establish standards of excellence in this quest that must be maintained. The "New Responsibility" will not tolerate complacency or indolence in these critical societal matters. Again, standards need to be built for these attitudes. Standards that would be designed to include as many Americans as possible and still retain progressive forward movement for the culture.
The "Eyes of the People Legislative Companions" will provide the day to day, (even minute to minute), information regarding the acts and functions of the government. The President and Vice-President will have their Eyes of the People in constant attendance. So will all elected officials at all governmental levels, even down to the townships across the land. Public Service, will not only be voluntary, it will not be compromised by privacy and the abuses of privacy. Every move a politician makes must be steadfastly reported to the people, or at least recorded in case of misconduct. No more closed doors, no private deals with special interests.
The internet and television can aid greatly in this task.
The governmental process will be purified of such corruption and prevent straying from the true interests and goals of an increasingly self-governing people. The "Elected Advisory Leaders of Voluntary Public Service", can resume private lives upon completion of their terms of office. It should also be made unlawful to approach them with special requests, (outside of the formal legislative process), and deals while they so serve. Ideally, these new legislative advisory leaders wouldn't think of having it any other way. They too have come to be part of this new thing for the Big Win.
The "Eyes of the People Legislative Companions" will function where the action is, (the Legislative Houses), and also on public television across the land. Each and every Public Servant will be televised day in and day out. Every action and decision will become a matter of public knowledge and record.
Though this may well seem like an atmosphere of distrust, (it is an initial Public reaction to office holder un-trustworthiness), it is more importantly a source of security for the People to be able to confidently make the best decisions of the operation of their nation, not only through their advisors, but also through their own legislative houses of equal power to the traditional ones. The People's vote must be intelligent and wise"well thought out"and up to date information into every Office Holder Household gives the power for this to happen. This is the price of past betrayal of representative government, but, more importantly, it is the expression of The People's new sense of social responsibility for a better nation.
All that is needed is the will for excellence of enlightened self-government in the hearts and minds of the People. Government has always been no more than a reflection of the governed and an application of the will of the administering agencies of government. It is from the People that the Leaders come, but this is forgotten.
Some of "Those Who Publicly Serve" will have Families. These "Families of Service" will be cared for in the same facilities where the Houses function. Security, care, comfort and all needs but one will be provided.
The one exception will be privacy that could be used against the well being of the nation. No more backroom secret dealing, out of the Public Eye. Within Family, there can be the privacy that comes with isolation. What are blocked, would be the physical contacts with the "outside world" that could let in corruptive influences. The idea here is "Patriotic Sequestering" of the Office Holder Households. The Office Holders will comply with this in complete understanding and cooperation. They, more than anyone else, will see the need for this new way. They will agree that this sequestering is for the best; especially since the terms of service are relatively short. The Office Holder Families will see the importance of this also and, as good American Citizens, will abide by the requirements.
All medical and educational needs will be provided within the "House". Shopping will be through catalogs or online web sites. (It might be possible to go on escorted shopping trips. Maybe in other states or something?)
The Public Servants will be the wards of and will enjoy the benefits of the American People. The living facilities will be of Patriotic design and dà ©cor, beautiful, well maintained and conducive to Human well being. They should be a positive memorable experience to those that Serve and their Families. All of this is understood and agreed upon before Service begins.
Violation of sequestering by the Office Holder or a member of His or Her Family would cause a gentle and quiet termination of Service, but with no other consequence. To the truly good of heart and mind this conditional habitation of the House will be borne and executed with nobility and dignity"will be seen only as a condition of Service that is temporary and necessary for the health of the nation.
We should "lock" this in as soon as We can. It declares "The Will Of The People" and sets the standard for Our New Better America. An America where corruption and apathy has been cast out, (at least blocked), as a result of a great responsible partnership of all Americans.
The "Eyes of the People Legislative Companions" should serve the same amount of time as the "Leaders"; almost like extended Family. Short terms, (maybe one year?"less?), would provide maximum opportunity for as many people as possible to serve their country in this way. A lot of rotation and travel to and from Our Capitol. We must provide the atmosphere in which fresh new dedication can rise to government service in a steady and inexhaustible flow.
The Public Servant's Performance will improve with this in place. They will be chosen by The People, for their caringness, intelligence and skills of "truthful persuasion". They will be the nation's advisors and best Spirit.
No law or legislation will be passed without the final approval, through the direct vote, of the People. This must be, even if every citizen has to vote on their computer every day. Volunteer cells of Citizens should make hard copy records of the votes in their zone of operation. These "zones" would largely correspond to sections of their communities where they live and work. Eventually this process will slow down, but, at first, its challenges of seemingly endless corrections must be met. There is much national error to correct. The People will decide, through their Initiatives and Plebiscite what is to be corrected and when. There is nothing easy about these proposals.
In addition to the process of national correction, will be the discussion and application of new ideas for a better society.
"The Spirit of This Thing That We Must Do"
We must not watch the elected public servants with contention and belligerence in our hearts and minds. No vengeful rancor or malice. They are not Our prisoners and We are not their jailers. We have identified the initial problems within the Human Nature and have resolved to cooperate in the solutions. We will know what is wrong and not be afraid. The "Betrayers" have mostly been removed from office where they can no longer do harm. Be diligent! Some will conspire to undo the Good We The People have done in Our New Unity and resolve. "They" will be watched and known for what they are. Just as the true leaders We have found and seated will be known for what they are.
We must do this thing of watchfulness in a positive enlightened Spirit. In recognition of the Humanity of all who are involved in this turning of Our society from the darkness of unlimited new world order corporate capitalism. The good Men and Women, We now have in office, will be under Our watchful protection and witness. We will keep them steadfast in their service to and representation of, Us.
We will witness their good work for Our Nation and keep detailed records of it. This will be their protection. None will be able to accuse them of returning to the old ways of deceit. We are watching and seeing. These Leaders of Service are Our partners and Our Friends. They are the brightest of the bright, the lovingest of the Loving"the caringest of the caring. That's why We chose them to represent Our will and sense of responsibility to Our America. To see and record their achievements for Us, is The Peoples responsibility. We don't just place them in power and turn Our backs. We stand by them as fellow Americans and compatriots. We help them whenever and wherever We can. We must make it part of Our lives to stay involved in the forging and maintenance of Our New nation. This is one of Our duties as We The People in Our Government BY The People.
These Women and Men who have volunteered to serve Us The American People and in whom We have placed Our trust, deserve the highest respect and dedication of support. Our nation cannot be strong and good without this. They must and will, work hard to forge the new manifestations of Our best values and morality into the new daily functioning of American Life"the new living example of the great nation We were meant to be. This will become a beautiful thing of Balance of all the aspects.
We will be an incredible team of millions who will inspire the world with Our new ways of balance, fairness and tolerance for all. I have this faith in all of Us. I can see this potential. We will be the Children of God and become the great species We were meant to be. We Americans will show the way.
The errors were of the learning, now comes the success of Our True Yearning.

It will probably be asked, whether or not the watchdog "Eyes Of The People Legislative Companions" will ever need watching themselves? Can they be corrupted in their turn as participants in American Government?
I have to say yes. The potential for this certainly does exist.
I also have to say that it will be much harder to do so because:
(1) It is harder to corrupt millions than a comparative few. (At least in the methods presently being used to corrupt the politicians. And surely cost prohibitive.
(2) The terms of length of service for these dedicated Citizens is so short that it;
[A.] Makes it difficult for the corporate lobbyists to get a grip on them"
[B.] "and this "short termness" might make it not worth the effort and expense. A shifty rug to stand on, so to speak.
But, of course, there is out and out coersion. But Our Numbers would serve Us well here too"I think. Especially as We become more and more organized as a self organized and able People, in the affairs of Our Nation.
