A Kuwaiti company, now known as Agility, supplied, and still is supplying, food to military in Iraq. It and the major food suppliers stateside are being investigated for overcharges. ConAgra and Perdue are two of the US firms. DOD and Justice are investigators. Public Warehousing is other name of Kuwaiti company.
Excessive charges and profits? Sounds like profiteering.
