The United States now should take the lead to initiate development programme in those areas which have been affected by the war on terrorism very badly. This is the only way through which the US can bring a big and positive change in the world politics. But one thing should be kept in mind that honest and sincere people should be chosen for this job now as the past experiences show that the US has provided a lot of money both to governmets of Pakistan and Afghanistan, but that was embezzled openly.

According to a political observer, 'Urban Renewal and Suburban Redevelopment, Agricultural repair' of the
areas in Bajaur and Waziristan tribal region that have been destroyed, that many
believe it would be good if planning began because they believe that the
Taliban movement is 'a dead issue, the government wants US AID and
munitions and will disband and prosecute it now so as to demonstrate
enhanced partnership with America becuase they realize that America
will reward Pakistan with even more financial support and other
support, if the Taliban is in a short period of time eliminated
completely.'

This could result in greater overall
resolution to Pakistan's long term economic issues, hence many believe
that anything involving urban renewal, suburban renewal, and
agricultural development would be good to enter the planning stages
because it will get Pakistan's civilian populations back into the zone
of involvement in their own affairs, and will lessen the fears of the
people.
