Diary: Iran........ an Accident or a Strike

As the days unfold with Iran and its nuclear ambitions I only think about the things that could go wrong for the Iranians. First of all, they are not experienced technicians in this nuclear development they want. We can only remember the accidents that experienced Americans and Russians have encountered.
Chernobyl,Three Mile Island, and Love Canal.

How is it that Iranians are going to safely do the unthinkable given their inexperience compared to experienced technicians from the West and Russia?

Even North Korea is not immune to this, along with the waste that is highly radioactive and lasts for 900 years or more. Where does N. Korea keep its waste? On the DMZ? How do those leaders justify more of this waste on the planet? No matter for electricity or bombs.

But the story will continue to read.... I ask you who will believe who if an accident does happen in Iran? Was the mishap caused from negligence by the Iranians, or did the US or Israel drop one on them?

This will be the question or the Y in the road, and more than likely the window of opportunity the West will take.

I have no idea the depth of Iranian expertise in preventing accidents, but I sure know one thing, that going down the road in pursuit of nuclear technology is an accident waiting to happen, no matter if the Iranian centrifuge blew up, or a missile accidently dropped off an undercarriage on a plane flying over Iran.

Who will the world believe? Will the world accept that Iran had an accident if hit by the United States? Who would know the difference? Would Iran's leadership acknowledge it had an accident, if one really happened or blame the West for attacking?

These are serious questions to consider! And I would think the bright minds would realize that dismantling all nuclear ambitions from sea to shining sea is the prudent thing to do.
