I was so disgusted by Joe Scarborough's incredible rant yesterday on Race for the White House (Where was Rachel Maddow when we needed her?)

First, he turns Obama calling Clinton on her condescending pander on the gas tax - in which she is treating the voters as if they're stupid - on its head, accusing Obama of calling the voters stupid!

Then, after snarking about Democrats always losing the presidency, and admitting that he has no idea of the economics behind the gas tax proposal, he works himself up into a lather about how great it is that Hillary is borrowing the Republican tactic of convincing blue collar voters to vote against their economic self interest, using "social" issues. Wow. He doesn't even try to pretend that he cares about the truth.

Besides all that, no one mentioned that Hillary has the nerve to say that only she is standing up to the oil companies, when her proposal is likely to raise prices, and add to their coffers.
