The p*ssy Party has no excuse for their lame inaction i.e. they should have already IMPEACHED Dubya Gump and The Dick Cheney. The fact that they haven't done so yet only serves as further proof that they are just as much to blame as the BUSHEEP for the problems the USA faces.
