It's Not Too Late to Stop the US-India Nuke Deal Dead in Its Tracks

The chairman of the US Council on Environment Quality, James Connaughton, visited India last week to assure it that, despite conditions imposed on it by a bill that passed the US House of Representatives, the deal would go through.

In the name of survival of the species, we demand that the US abandon all plans to transfer yet more nuclear technology to India, a non-signee to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
