Sadly, even after Enron and Worldcom and all of the other swindles over the last decade, Americans haven't had enough.

Instead, Americans sit quietly by as they lose everything and don't demand strict regulation of corporate cheats and bank fraudsters.

Maybe it is too much television and video games, or maybe it is the prozac and the other mood altering psychoactive drugs. But whatever it is, Americans remain docile in the Land of the credit serfs.
