Describes two needed amendments to the Constitution. :::::::: In the past, by means of amendments to the Constitution, we have been able to effect changes necessary to ensure America's continued viability. At present, we desperately need to make two changes to the Constitution if we're to survive and prosper as a nation. We need a Constitutional Amendment giving US Citizens the right to vote, and to have those votes counted accurately. We need a Constitutional Amendment that would provide a work-around when a single collaborator like Nancy Pelosi is shielding a criminal President or Vice-president from justice. I believe the founders of America did not foresee a circumstance in which the Speaker of the the House would block legislation intended to protect the nation from a barbaric Chief Executive. This is one of the few flaws in a largely effective system of checks and balances. It must be corrected. So far as I can see, the only member of Congress with the courage to write and present such legislation is Dennis Kucinich. Unfortunately, I do not believe such legislation would be brought to the floor for a vote, nor do I believe President Obama will have the courage to sign it. JP
