Benghazi: Seven Hours Of Fighting To The Death Months of intelligence reports from the CIA and from within the Benghazi Mission show that militant training camps were forming in the mountains near Benghazi, including "al Qaeda leaning" fighters. Even the Red Cross and the U.K. closed their offices after attempted terrorist attacks and assassinations. Evidence clearly shows a credible concern about the Benghazi mission's ability to defend against an attack existed.
