Clare is the granddaughter and daughter of educators, scientists, environmentalists and black sheep. Professionally, she is a horticulturist (organic) with a degree from Ohio State University (magna cum laude w/distinction in horticulture.) In addition to her infatuation with the world of plants, she is also passionate about photography (uneducated) and music, especially the blues. Faced with the fact that she has no musical talent, she has satisfied both passions by becoming an amateur blues photographer! When access, equipment and luck have converged, there have been, out of tens of thousands, a handful of shots captured that she is willing to claim.
