NJ Starts Seat Belt War – But Is It The Best Way To Keep Us Safe?
Why is NJ more concerned about the use of seat belt wearing when they still allow cell phone use while driving and slow pokes in the left lane? In my humble opinion, I have 3 laws that should be strictly enforced before they strap in the seat belt law.
