George W. Bush is not President or a United States Citizen
(2 comments) As a matter of law, George W. Bush has forfeited his Right to hold any Office of profit or trust under the United States, and has forfeited his citizenship. George Bush is no longer a citizen of the United States, as a matter of law. Impeachment is moot, we just need to enforce the law.
