I'm the founder of Crazy Meds - The Good, The Bad and The Funny of Psychiatric and Neurological Medications. Marketing researchers working for the pharmaceutical industry called me the first "Citizen Medical Expert." After being on the med-go-round for years, and researching my butt off, I'm also qualified by experience.

I have a bibliography as well as media mentions on the Crazy Meds site, so stop by to see where I get my information and who's writing about me now.

You'll usually find me writing about mental health issues that the mainstream media don't cover. I.e. from the perspective of those of us with brain cooties. As well as slamming them on the hypocrisy and bigotry they have when it comes to us who are the lowest of the low. I find NPR, CNN and NBC especially repugnant in their condescending attitudes. They throw us a bone 5% of the time, at best. Like everyone else they exploit us for our sob stories, but you'll never hear a factual correction if a crazy person tells them about it.

But I'm just a crazy tard, who cares what I have to say.

We're Scum, Not Heroes
(6 comments) The civil rights of the mentally interesting are ignored because we're considered less than human. Two of the three leading presidential candidates would rather have us out of the picture completely one way or the other.

Hysterical over the Crazy
Why the legislative and media feeding frenzies regarding violent behavior and the mentally interesting are based on myth and not reality.
